It’s probably common for college students to say that they are never not busy. But can I just say that I beat everyone else with my extreme lack of free time!? This term I have classes at two different schools, a part-time job, and an internship for an art magazine – and on top of that, a perfected portfolio to organize so I can apply to be in the PSU design program next year (which is very exclusive). Just saying all of that makes me tired. Thankfully my job is very flexible with my hours so that’s one load off my shoulders. Another load off is the relief I get from hanging out with Josh. It makes it easier for me to know that if I work enough I get to spend some time with him. I might let him become too much of a distraction, but that’s fine sometimes.

I’m ready to get rid of all this stuff. I just need to remember that there’s just over 2 months left, and that God will get me through it if I lean on him. Whatever happens happens with the portfolio review. I’ll be happy whatever happens because I’ll know that it just wasn’t my time yet.

You have such a good perspective on life and everything that is going on right now. It is the season that you are in, and it will come to an end… you will survive! And if your amazing work is not appreciated at the portfolio review, then they simply don’t deserve you and your talent!!

So. Just remember that when you are so busy being such an amazing person… a little two year old girl here loves you. I love you more.

    I’m so proud of you!!!
